Every year, representatives from District 204, District 203, various community social service agencies, and the Indian Prairie Parents' Council come together to plan Parent University, a day of workshops designed to share effective parenting strategies.
The Indian Prairie Parents' Council is pleased to support and participate in the planning of Parent University for the benefit of local area children and families.
Parent University 2009 was held in January, 2009 with record-setting attendance. Attendees gave workshops high marks for providing new strategies designed to help parents raise happy, healthy and responsible children.
