Employee Assistance Plan (EAP).
The EAP plan is administered by Perspectives, Inc. This totally confidential plan is available to all district employees – not just those covered by other district benefit plans. Contact Perspectives at 1-800-456-6327 to schedule a meeting with a counselor or talk via telephone. No information that you share with Perspectives is ever shared with District 204 staff. Additional information about Perspectives is available via perspectivesltd.com.
