Indian Prairie School District 204 is committed to hiring the highest quality administrators, teachers and support staff for our students. We invite candidates to become better informed about the District by attending one of the recruiting events and speaking face-to-face with our recruiting team.
Recruitment & Application Process
Candidates interested in a position with the district are encouraged to complete an
online application and attend one of our
recruiting events. Candidates will be screened by one of our recruiters. Following the screening, successful applicants will be contacted for a group interview. Applicants may be offered contracts in advance of anticipated openings or may be considered as positions become available.
Please do not mail or bring transcripts, resumes, letters of recommendation or additional documentation to District 204 or any of its buildings. The recruitment and hiring process is conducted through the Human Resources Department.

The 6th Annual Multicultural Job Fair is sponsored by the DuPage County NAACP, Quad County Urban League and DuPage County Regional Office of Education. Date and Location are being confirmed. Pre-registration is not required.

The 204 Teacher Candidate Screening Fair is being held for teacher candidates that are currently 204 teaching assistants, one-year contract staff, long-term & current substitutes, and 204 student teachers. Interested candidates should use the 204
staff development website to register for the event. There is an 150 participant maximum. Student teachers need to register through
carey_harry@ipsd.org.
